Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons self-raising flour, (called self-rising flour in the US & Canada)
- ⅛ teaspoon baking powder
- 1½ tablespoons brown sugar, or coconut sugar
- 4 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5 tablespoons almond milk, or oat milk
- 2 teaspoons sunflower oil, or canola oil, melted coconut oil
Optional
- 1 tablespoon dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and sugar to a microwave-safe mug. Stir to combine.
- Pour in the almond milk and sunflower oil. Mix until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips, if using.
- Place a paper towel on the microwave turntable and put the mug on top (to catch any spills).
