Instructions
Blender Method
Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a small saucepan and gently heat for 5 minutes, stirring regularly with a spoon.
Pour into a mug and enjoy! Straining the tiny bits of ginger and turmeric is optional.
Stove Top Method
Grate the turmeric and ginger and add to a small saucepan, along with the rest of the ingredients. Heat gently for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Pour into a mug and enjoy. As mentioned above, if you don't like tiny bits of turmeric and ginger, you can use a small strainer to strain them.
